Design often finds people by accident. A teacher who noticed. The frequent "you have a good eye." Class doodles that were really illustrations. That's the spark. We help it catch.
The Academy exists to create opportunities for success: long-form courses to short workshops. We teach design, frameworks, and technology from the creative's point of view, and develop the craft behind all three.
For some it's a career. For others it's how they work. For everyone it's a way of thinking. It's as valuable at 14 as it is at 41, or 81.
Sometimes a vision is all you need to bring to the table.

An independent press for literature, educational materials, and productivity workbooks. Named for Joseph Overall, Jr. whose work never got the distribution he dreamed of. This division will launch with his poems, published whole, the way he wrote them.
Each one of our products starts the same way: A problem we had, and existing solutions only came close.
So we build, with intention and without the usual tricks: no doom scrolling, attention loops, or engineered friction. Nothing that treats your time like a commodity.

We know what we're individually drawn to. You may be unsure whether you can make a living at it, or you may have been guided in a different direction, maybe toward a "safe career."
